You can easily sync all of your Freshdesk knowledge base articles to your AnswerDash Q&A. Below are the instructions for syncing Freshdesk with AnswerDash:
1. Login to AnswerDash tools:
2. Select Settings -> Integrations -> Freshdesk
3. Enter your Freshdesk domain and API key.
4. Select Submit
5. Which Solutions Articles do you want to Sync and how they should map to your AnswerDash page groups.
6. Choose if new Q&A should be auto-published.
7. Press "On" to begin syncing
It's that easy!
